I am Tommy Boy. I'm an illustrator, graphic designer, and zinester, mostly for fun.

I am also a gay trans man / ako ay isang baklang tomboy.

I live in the Philippines, just outside of Metro Manila. I speak Tagalog, English, and some rudimentary Cebuano.

"Butiki na baboy" translates to "Lizard pig" in English. It is lifted from a classic Filipino kid's rhyme that compares queer people to lizards and pigs:

Girl, boy

bakla, tomboy

butiki, baboy

I chose "Butiki na baboy" as the name of my website and artist brand because I am attracted to the weird, monstrous expressions of transgenderism and queer sexuality.
